If you have ever tried to refi with a large bank, its almost as if they have never done a refi before. They make the process a long drawn out nightmare.... This is my 3rd experience with Chuck and his team, as usual they were all on point! As a guy from NJ I am a "cut to the chase, bottom line guy" and Chuck tells you exactly what to expect, gives you multiple refinance options and spells out exactly what the financials will be almost to the to penny.. Thanks again to team Chuck!

Chuck & his team always work hard & have great communication. This deal in particular needed to close very quickly, as it was a multiple bid situation. One of the main reasons my clients offer won over the others is that Chuck & his team said they could close in the tight timeframe, and we even closed a few days early!!!
