Chuck was in contact with us from the very beginning of the process all the way to the closing, and beyond. Our loan was a little more complex as it was for an investment property, but Chuck and his colleagues were able to identify what we needed to provide regarding financials and documentation in a straight-forward manner and we so helpful along the way with any questions that we had. Chucks expertise and his level of commitment to making sure me and my family received the best financial situation as possible. Chuck was also very responsive and always called back if I didn’t get him on the phone. No return call went more them 20 minutes after my original call.
