Casually browsing Zillow, I got curious about what it would take to become a home owner. I got connected with Chuck, and in one conversation, I gained full confidence that I could do it. Every fear, doubt, hesitation I had about buying a home, was turned around in the first conversation. He was patient and very responsive for just about the fully year of 2020, and we discussed different types of loans and options available to me. Chuck speaks to you like an old friend. Most importantly, he knows his craft and his many years of experience is very apparent once he gets to work for you! Especially in this difficult market, he shined in his ability to know when to lock in my rate. He gave excellent advice and presented different scenarios, so I felt very comfortable and knew what I was getting into. As a first time home buyer, I could not have imagined a better person to work with. A mortgage is one of the biggest commitments you make in life, and you need someone enthusiastic, professional, and sharp like Chuck on your side! I'm so glad I did!

Chuck and his team were beyond any expectations in buying our second home. We used them in our first home search as well and came back for round two. They helped with every question we had ( any time of day or night ) and could not of asked for a better team to guide us along the way.
