I needed a fast closing so the kids could be settled in new home and town before school started. Chuck Tegano made that happen. Chuck made this process so simple and helped with the paperwork to make it as seamless as can be. Even with a recent new job, I still was able to get a mortgage with the lowest interest rate I'd ever seen. As far as closing costs and fees, there were no surprises or hidden charges. Chuck went over everything, line by line making sure I understood it all from the beginning. All I can say is that Chuck took a stressful situation and turned it into a process I wouldn't mind going through again with him in the future. Chuck is transparent and honest and I'd send my own family to go to him without hesitation. Thank you so much Chuck!

From the very beginning Chuck empowered me with the faith and confidence that I could really buy my first home.
As I went through home purchasing process, Chuck and his team guided me with there knowledge and experience with the going pricing on comparable homes on the market are and how to lock-in a property once u see something worth biding on.

Chuck was a valuable asset in a recent home purchase. After working closely with Chuck on loan terms, I entered a pretty lengthy in-contract phase related to COVID-19. Despite the numerous challenges associated with closing during this period, Chuck was highly accommodative, and offered great advice from beginning to end.
