Chuck was hands down the most important part of the home buying process, and by far the most helpful. It did not matter what time of day, he always responded with the most accurate information. He knows this world inside and out and made sure I was 100% percent prepared for each step, which eliminated many of the headaches that come with buying a house. Because of Chuck's accuracy and focus on being more than prepared, my closing was less than expected and I closed on time, which doesn't happen often! Chuck came as a recommendation (after a bad experience with a mortgage broker) and I will be recommending him for as long as he is in the mortgage business!

I felt Chuck made himself readily available to me, day or night. He was always very pleasant and patient, especially when I was having a major meltdown, or making him repeat something for probably the third time. There were a couple of times, when I couldn’t get hold of other people, that I reached out to him, and he was able to help. He definitely went above and beyond on those instances. Just an all around nice guy, very knowledgeable about the mortgage business, extremely professional.

Chuck has been great in helping me obtain (and more recently refinance) an FHA mortgage. He cleared up all areas of confusion I occasionally had before closing on the loans, and continues to provide great insight via email newsletters on topics ranging from fire prevention tips to inexpensive ways to spruce up your home. Whenever I end up looking for a new home & mortgage again, I will without a doubt contact Chuck first for a pre-approval letter to get the wheels in motion.

Chuck was incredibly amazing. He had so much patience for me as I continued to get cold feet. He explained every step through the process and provided me with so much guidance.
