Chuck is the most professional person I have encountered in business, period. He is accessible, a great communicator, cares about providing an easy and pleasant mortgage experience (which has been horrible for me in the past) and has a great team for support. Chuck helped through the whole lending application and was alway ready to answer any question we had. He provided videos that were helpful and most importantly helped us with the submission of the application. We were not computer savoy and he walked us through scanning documents that were needed in a timely manner. We really appreciated everything he did for us.
