The step by step guidance. I really felt like Chuck (and team) were looking out for me every step of the way. I felt informed through the entire process. He even got my rate lowered once it was locked due to interest rates dropping.

If you want a loan officer who treats you with the utmost care and respect, Chuck is the answer. Chuck was there for us from day 1 when we toured our first property, through closing (~4 months later). Throughout that entire time, Chuck was knowledgeable, prompt, patient, supportive, and always there for us. We truly felt he was looking out for our best interests, working with us to ensure we understood our options and helping us lock in the best rate possible. I know we’ll definitely work with Chuck on any of our future mortgage or refi needs. We highly recommend you do the same!

Buying a home is a hectic process; no denying. Having done this 8 or 9 times, you get to a point that you hope certain pain points go smoothly, but are always on edge for things to fall apart. While this transaction lived up to that constant, Chuck was by far the best lender I've ever worked with on a home purchase. He is super friendly, knowledgeable, always available and fair. He took an area that can be a bit stressful/time consuming and made it easy! I HIGHLY recommend Chuck!

Where do I begin? I am extremely thankful to have had Chuck Tegano as my mortgage loan person and in my corner. He came highly recommended and did not disappoint! His professionalism, expertise, kindness, patience, sense of humor, and guidance every step of the way are all things that I am grateful for.
I had so many questions, and he was patient as he answered all of them (sometimes multiple times!). He was always available or got back to me immediately and would check in regularly to see if I had any additional questions. He explained every step of the process and told me what steps would follow next, so that I always knew what was happening and the status of the loan process. I was approved and done with the loan process before we I was out of attorney review!
I cannot say enough good things about Chuck. He is fantastic and I highly recommend him!
