Chuck was absolutely out of this world. Not only did he have all the information regarding our loan but also all the information regarding Any information he had in the business. We went through a nightmare situation with the sale of our house, and Chuck was compassionate and walked us through each step making sure that not only was our loan secured, but also that we were secured and in the right mindset. I don’t know how anybody goes through this process without Chuck but I’m glad we don’t have to worry about that

Chuck is the best. He took the time to answer any questions i had and help me to stay ahead of the ball. I work an awkward schedule, which usually leaves my free time in non-buisness hours. This is usually a struggle for me to get anything done but Chuck was always there to respond. We had a very fast closing date and that also went as smoothly as it could have and successfully.
