If you want a loan officer who treats you with the utmost care and respect, Chuck is the answer. Chuck was there for us from day 1 when we toured our first property, through closing (~4 months later). Throughout that entire time, Chuck was knowledgeable, prompt, patient, supportive, and always there for us. We truly felt he was looking out for our best interests, working with us to ensure we understood our options and helping us lock in the best rate possible. Buying a home is a hectic process; no denying. Having done this 8 or 9 times, you get to a point that you hope certain pain points go smoothly, but are always on edge for things to fall apart. While this transaction lived up to that constant, Chuck was by far the best lender I've ever worked with on a home purchase. He is super friendly, knowledgeable, always available and fair. He took an area that can be a bit stressful/time consuming and made it easy! I HIGHLY recommend Chuck!
